Tonight I walked the beach with my loyal companion,Kipper,and took in the spectacular view. The beach. The mountains. And even a rainbow .
I snapped a photo and texted it to my kids. Tarah quickly texted back. “That picture makes me so happy. You really did it mom .You achieved your dream.”
My mouth twitched and tears formed as I watched the tide roll in.
I texted back. “Aww Tarah! You are making me cry. I forget that I did . You are right ! This was my dream !”
She responded. “I can’t thank you enough for the life you created for me. You had the courage to better yourself.”
I focused on the rainbow and then texted her back.”Thank you for reminding me. Yes, courage. God gives me strength to walk in his faith.”
I watched the sunset and thought, “I may have Lyme disease but You brought me here God. You make me brave. You brought my dream. You will heal me.”
“Be strong and courageous and get to work. Don’t be frightened at the size of the task, for the Lord my God is with you.”

Lisa, I am glad my sister Elena reached out to me to read your blogs. I have read 26 of them tonight and see that your journey brings out the transparency of His presence in your heart. You definitely shine His light for others to discover His love, grace, patience, way, truth, redemption, forgiveness and mercy through your shared life experiences. You expose your vulnerability by peeling back the mask, most of us wear, to expose your true candidness, authenticity, and love of the radiance of God’s glory, where His word became flesh in his precious son Jesus. I pray that God will heal you in His timing and that you will be evenly yoked with a godly man. May you continue to have a teachable spirit, remain humble and thankful for all His blessings in your life and may He do immeasurably more than you could ask or imagine in the coming years. For without faith, it is impossible to please God. May your faith, exemplified through your blog, be a contagious beacon of His grace and love to fill the hearts of the lost, fearful, and hopeless. Oh my gosh ! You have made me cry this morning with joy ! I can’t thank you enough for reaching out to me. I think I need to print this out because truly I have felt a little spiritual attack of late from the LIAR, telling me that it hasn’t been worth it. It is has been pressed on my heart even more so to do GODS purpose. You writing to me makes it more evident- I want all to know, love, & trust GOD and ultimately be saved .
THANK YOU so much for taking the time to lift me up this morning . You truly are a GOD SEND ! I feel your words are directly from the Holy Spirit !… especially the part about finish the race that God has set before me !
